5 Small Business Social Media Success Stories

My big takeaway from Erica Swallow’s Mashable.com piece is how each business tailored their online presence by featuring their strengths.  Some had personality, some were trendy, others were just first on the scene.  All of them took the unique part of their personalities, business model, etc to stand out from the competition.   Following the mantra of “People Connect With People and Not Brands” these businesses have let their uniqueness and personality come through so people can feel the human behind the brand, and they are succeeding because of it.
